“This was my third stay at this property in the last 12 months or so. Check in was a breeze. I was greeted with a smile and she was very efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the curtains did not completely close due to the location of the heat pump/ air conditioner. The bathroom did not work. I requested a late check out. 11:30 was offered to me at no cost. I was told it would cost another 25$ to check out at 1pm. At 11:05 housekeeping attempted to enter the……

“Chambre propre. Le personnel est très gentil. Bon petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Petite piscine extérieure pour se rafraîchir. J'ai moins aimé avoir le roku pour la télévision. J'ai trouvé 2 postes en français, dont une était l'émission "Ça c'est drôle" en boucle et l'autre info ici télé.”

“Check in staff member very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Drapes are somewhat grungy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Smoke detector would work better if it was actually installed on the ceiling rather than sitting on a shelf with the battery disconnected. There is also a nest of bees living in the top of the door frame at the entrance to the room we had. 😱🤔”
